The result is a unique wine. The itinerary includes a stop at Thoulouze’s home for an exclusive tasting of his wine.

An itinerary with a private car and a local professional guide along the left bank of the Brenta Canal, lasting about 4 hours, which will take you to discover the most fascinating summer residences of the Venetian Patricians, crossing the historic villages of Malcontenta, Mira, Dolo and Stra. The vast wine production of Valpolicella finds its maximum expression in Amarone, a wine appreciated and exported throughout the world. The term Amarone contains a clear reference to 'bitter', an adjective adopted to distinguish Amarone from the sweetness of Recioto, the sweet and velvety wine from which it originated. This itinerary includes a morning visit to two historic wineries with tastings of Amarone and Valpolicella.
