With a lively and social atmosphere immediately apparent upon entering the charmingly artisan Barchessa, guests may check in here and even enjoy a refreshment at the hotel bar before proceeding to one of our eight Deluxe Rooms. One Suite and three of the Deluxe Rooms are found here on the ground floor, offering obstruction-free access to disabled guests as well as independent entrances from the garden.
Up on the first floor are two more Deluxe Rooms, two of our larger Junior Suites (38m2 each) and two more Deluxe Rooms that are conjoined - making for a perfect residence for families. Finally on the second floor is the garret and four more family Suites ideal for 4-5 people, as well as one final Deluxe Room.

The Rooms and Suites are divided across the two main buildings of the complex - the Villa Padronale and La Barchessa. The Villa Padronale, which is the main building of the Villa Franceschi compound, houses eight of our Junior Suites and our Master Suite on the top floor, along with the great hall, kitchen, wine cellar and two regal conference rooms on the ground floor. La Barchessa meanwhile, contains a further 10 Junior Suites, six Family Suites and eight Deluxe Rooms.
