La Barchessa is the second of the principal buildings that make up the Villa Franceschi 5 star accommodation complex near Venice and has been particularly restored to reflect the rustic edge of 16th century Veneto, with artisan handcarts and farm tools adding to the authenticity. Our eight Deluxe Rooms are located here as well as the observation tower from which a beautiful view of the town may be enjoyed.

VILLA PADRONALE

The Villa Padronale is the principal edifice in the Villa Franceschi complex, housing our two largest conference rooms and eight Junior Suites as well as the Great Hall - an exquisite function room just below the Master Suite on the top floor with its fabulous Mansard roof. All floors are Venetian Terracotta and the interior of the Villa Padronale, along with the other 16th century Villas that make up the Villa Franceschi 5 star hotel in Venice, has been fully restored to its exceptional original quality over time.
